Welcome to my first ever blog post.

I suppose I should share why I’m doing this to begin with.

My goal with this blog is to create another level of transparency with all of my clientele, opening a window to what goes on behind the scenes.

My long-standing clientele are already aware, but a couple of years ago I had stopped providing colorful ink services due to the EU ink ban which was put in place to protect consumers from potential health risks caused by chemicals within the dyes.

Although the U.S. did not enact a ban, I made a personal decision to temporarily remove colorful ink services from my business to protect my clients with hopes that the EU ban would motivate more manufacturers to upgrade their ingredients.

And it did!

As of last month, I officially began offering colorful ink services that I call Color Pop!

I spoke with a lot of clients who had absolutely no idea about the EU ban and many who were even more wildly amazed that they hadn’t seen artists talking about it.
